Hello from Plot 37! I’m Jessie, and this is where I’ll be sharing the vegetable varieties I’m actually growing on my south-west London allotment. The potatoes that make the crispiest roasties, the tomatoes that taste properly of summer, and all the salads, herbs, and staples that keep our kitchen stocked year-round.

Mum and I are all about flavour and reliability over here, so you’ll find the tried-and-tested favourites alongside the odd wild card that’s caught our eye. Whether it’s chitting season or the Great Winter Jobs List is calling, there’s always something edible going in the ground.
