How to Grow
- Pre-soak seeds in warm water for about an hour to speed up germination.
- For indoor sowing, start from February to June. For outdoor sowing, plant from March to July.
- Plant the seeds 1cm deep in rows, spaced 30cm apart.
- Once the seedlings reach 5-10cm in height, thin them to 8cm apart.
Harvesting
Your Beetroot Boltardy will be ready for harvest between June and October. Enjoy the sweet, succulent roots and tender leaves in your favourite dishes.
