Growing Instructions:

Solent Wight Garlic thrives in well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil with full sun exposure. For optimal growth, plant the cloves (pointy side up) 2cm deep and 15cm apart, with rows spaced 30cm apart. Water only during dry spells in spring and early summer, and avoid watering once the leaves start to yellow. Harvest during a dry period by gently loosening the roots with a fork before lifting the garlic.
