Jazzy Seed Potatoes – A Modern, Very High Yielding Salad Potato
Jazzy is a newer second early bred for one thing above all: numbers. A single plant will lift a great many small, even, smooth-skinned tubers rather than a handful of large ones, which makes it a remarkably productive variety for a small plot, a bed or a large container. The skin is smooth and cream, the flesh light yellow and waxy, and the flavour is better than many salad varieties manage. Disease resistance is good across the board.
